For adventure lovers, there are ample hiking trails and waterfalls to chase! Watkins Glen is epic for jaw-droppingly beautiful waterfalls, and you can even spot Ithaca Falls in the town of Ithaca itself.
You also can’t miss a sunset cruise on one of the lakes, and perhaps take some time to explore the brewery scene here too.

Curacao is a lovely island with plenty to do including snorkeling and Scuba diving at the coral reef located offshore, exploring the city of Willemstad, and visiting beautiful beaches like Playa Lagun.

While Belize is typically in the middle of its rainy season over the summer, it actually has a “little dry season” during late July and August.
Therefore, July can be a great time to visit Belize! In fact, we visited Belize in the middle of July 2021 and had a fabulous time on the beach! You can go explore the Mayan ruins of Xunantunich, snorkel at the Belize Barrier Reef, cave tube, swim in a blue hole at St Herman’s Blue Hole National Park, and more!
